My pens are flour-dusted hands.
Food & Dessert blog.
I try to watch the waist.
Firm believer of “giving is receiving”.
Firmer believer that food is the best gift to receive.
(I write in a lot of parentheses).
While others dabble in stocks, I dabble in stock. And until under half a year ago, I’d always had a secret obsession with kitchens (no longer a secret). In the January of 2014, I experimented with a sponge cake (for the most sappy of reasons a.k.a., love) and haven’t looked back since.
In the words of Winterson, “In the
library kitchen I felt better, words food you could trust and look at till you understood them, they couldn’t change half way through a sentence like people, so it was easier to spot a lie pie.” (What? I like words and I like curds, Winterson works perfectly.)
One of my humble missions in setting up this blog is to inspire someone like yourself to find something you love doing and keep at it – for nothing but its own sake.
I’ve discovered that close to ninety-nine percent of the time, such are the things that form the very paths stumbling you into the places you’ve always wanted to go but never knew existed.
And they taste delicious.
